GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
The rate may vary with the following parameters:
- Complexity, files format, urgency and delay, volume, language combination
- Flat rate, no discount scheme for repetitions or fuzzy segments.
- Estimates < € / $ 500 - payment at work delivery.
- Estimates > € / $ 500 - payment 50% on acceptance of estimate and 50% at work delivery.
- Payment within 30 days of invoice.

- The rate may be negotiated for larger projects or on the prospect of a regular workflow over a
number of weeks or months.
- A precise price quote will be provided within 12 hours after receiving a copy of the text.
- The final price and deadline will be agreed upon in consultation with the client.
- Payment by bank transfer or Paypal (+5%). Cheque or creditcard are not accepted.
- Documents for translation are mainly supplied by email or other internet supported transport
systems.
- Data and the contents of your documents will be held strictly confidential. |
